Just before midnight on January 5, the incident happened at an apartment in the St. Thomas Square section of downtown Tulsa.

Exclusive body-worn camera footage of the boy’s stabbing aftermath and his sister’s arrest by police was provided to Law&Crime this week.

Police reported on January 6 that they discovered the children’s father was upstairs asleep when the girl woke them up and claimed she had stabbed her brother.

The girl, whose full name is not being used in the clip, is seen coming down the steps at the beginning.
