Actress Jamie Chung and her husband, actor Bryan Greenberg, enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday. Chung shared two new photos on Instagram of the couple enjoying time at the beach. Chung captioned the post, "Keeping up with 2 toddlers just shy of 14 months is exhausting. I don't have cute images without their faces on it and this is a day late. But still grateful." Chung makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Well + Good that one of her secrets is ordering green juices. "Usually between breakfast and lunch I'll grab a green juice. I feel like I have a harder time digesting veggies. It's more of an effort for me to include my greens in those two meals, so I make sure to drink it if I don't eat it."

Chung revealed some of her wellness secrets to The Cut. In the interview, the actress was asked what her definition of wellness is. "Taking care of your body as well as your mind," she answered. Chung has a busy schedule, but she still makes time for fitness. She revealed her secret to The Cut. "I'm such a ClassPass girl. I've been with it since the beginning — it's just a way for me not to plateau with my workouts. I love checking out new studios and trying new workouts, so I think that's the best fit for me, especially since I'm bouncing around from New York to L.A. It really helps with the city change, and if I'm visiting a new city — like when I'm in Atlanta or I'm back home in San Francisco — it really conforms to my lifestyle, which is always on the go."

Chung tells The Cut that she does a variety of workouts to stay in shape. "I like to mix it up with classes. I like high-interval training classes, so I like Barry's Bootcamp and Sweat Garage. I love Prevail boxing classes, where you're working the bag and you're still doing weights. I love spin at Cycle House as well as FlyWheel. It kind of varies, but I'll also do an active rest day, where I'll do yoga."

Chung practices meditation as a way of maintaining her wellness. She tells The Cut, "It's okay to take a day off and just meditate. It's so easy to get stressed out and flustered; you have all this mental energy and it's very negative. I started to meditate a year and a half ago, and I started to calm my mind, and it helps me sort out how to fix a problem and come up with solutions with a clear mind. I think meditation has helped me prevent spontaneous outbursts of anger, truly. My husband [actor Bryan Greenberg] and I do it together — he put me onto it. It's a new thing we do, but it helps both of us and it helps the relationship."
