Recently, rapper Bow Wow was featured in a video in which he discussed his previous relationship with Ciara, calling her various disrespectful things along the way.

The father of one called Ciara a “bi*ch” and said he had her first. Many were shocked by the attack, and some have spoken out about it as well.

T.I. and Nelly went after the rapper. Wendy Williams was particularly critical of Bow Wow, telling him that she was disappointed and did not expect him to do something along those lines.

Many have speculated that this was just another attempted publicity stunt by the rapper, however.

Bow Wow hit the peak of his popularity at a very young age, being introduced to the music world as a child, quickly becoming a sensation.

However, his popularity waned shortly afterward as the unique edge of being a “rapper kid” wore off.

At this point, some are still supportive of Bow Wow, but there has been growing criticism against him, with many people pointing out that he should calm down and explore other ways to regain his lost fame.

Bow Wow has not responded to the comments by Wendy and T.I, which has further confirmed the theory that this was all a publicity stunt in the eyes of some.

He has been involved in various relationships over the years, and most recently announced the cancellation of his engagement to Safari Samuels’s wife-to-be, Erica Mena.

A source close to Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson, had this reaction to the scandal, according to Hollywood Life: “Ciara and Russell have nothing to say about the whole Bow Wow situation. They are so above that drama and don’t even have time to respond to something as petty as that. They’re both living their best lives and super focused on their careers and new projects.”

The person added: “Russell is 100 percent focused on the upcoming NFL season, and he is for sure not going to let this Bow Wow nonsense get to him. Plus, he is [seen as a] role model. Why make this a thing he should care about?”

The family friend concluded by: “When it comes to Russ and Ciara, they are taking the high road, at least publicly. Has it affected them, and are they talking about it? Absolutely. But, they are choosing to rise above it and not give it any more life than it already has. “Our first source said the same: “Ciara and Russell thought it was super disrespectful, and although they would like to see [Bow Wow] apologize, they doubt he will step up and do the right thing.”
