Victoria Luz Cartagena is an American actress who works in theatre, film, and television.

Cartagena is well known for playing Zoe Lopez in The Bedford Diaries and for playing Renee Montoya as a series regular in Gotham and Batwoman, seasons one and three, respectively. She is also well-known for her recurring part as Lourdes in the drama Manifest, which aired on NBC before moving to Netflix.
