The young Hollywood star ensured she avoided all pinches by showing off her fabulous figure in a lime green swimsuit, nearly identical to her sister Dani's. Bella is a fan of pilates. She posts a lot of photos of herself using a pilates reformer to strengthen and elongate her muscles. The Mayo Clinic explains that there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness."
Bella is also a fan of good ol' fashioned circuit training. "I am looking to build lean muscle with aerobic conditioning. My workout consists of an hour and I always make time for proper stretching before and after my workout. My focus this morning was to strengthen my core, tighten my waist and light shoulders," she wrote in this Instagram post.
It was when Bella added yoga to her routine, that she really experienced her body and mind altered. "Today was the day I finally noticed results !!! And what's even better is: I FEEL good & healthy," she captioned this post. "I now feel like I can do more in my day and helps me fall asleep easier at night!" "In yoga, you may hear the term 'drishti,' which refers to obtaining a focused gaze or focus in the mind. The concept comes into play as people aim to hold a pose with their eyes closed. Certain poses become more challenging with eyes closed, which improves the visual part of balance," says the Mayo Clinic.
Bella keeps her diet clean, opting for veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. "Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein," are just a few of the items she keeps on hand, she revealed to HollywoodLife.
Bella also revealed to HollywoodLife that she is a fan of another fighting form of fitness: Boxing. Harvard Health explains why it's a good idea to put your gloves on: "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther," they explain.
