One other commenter said: ‘I’m a licensed skin therapist. Remove acid from your diet. No tomatoes, ketchup, BBQ sauce, lemons, lemonade, orange juice, oranges, broccoli….things like that. It causes internal inflammation causing cells to swell and causes skin to go nuts. So you’ll experience eczema flare-ups. After moisturizer and cream, add some SPF with zinc. Gotta prevent pigmentation issues since eczema does tend to leave areas darker. And as hard as it is, gotta try to release some stress. That’ll cause a flare-up as well. 💕’
