Working out is an important part of Scherzinger's life. For her, fitness is all about variety. Scherzinger revealed her favorite ways to exercise in an interview with Women's Health. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she lists.

Scherzinger is known for her dance moves. She's done some intricate choreography in her work with The Pussycat Dolls, and previously competed on Dancing With The Stars. She also likes to dance for fun. Scherzinger posted this video on Instagram of herself busting a move. She captioned the video, "Starting off the week with straight up grooves, who's with me?"

One workout Scherzinger is a big fan of is yoga. She tells Women's Health UK that she does a lot of different types of yoga in her day to day life. "I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga, and core power yoga in L.A.," she said.

Scherzinger spilled some of her wellness secrets in an interview with GoodTo. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated each day, and has a favorite beverage in particular. "My new go to thing is coconut water though," she says. "I'll have that in the morning and when I'm feeling low on energy throughout the day."

Scherzinger broke down her typical diet to GoodTo, and it's pretty healthy. "My favourite breakfast is six-minute eggs with smoked salmon and toast. Or just scrambled eggs with a turkey sausage or turkey bacon. For lunch, I'll have sushi, a sandwich or a salad. And for dinner I love seafood pasta, fish and brown rice and veggies or chicken, brown rice and veggies."
