Molly-Mae Hague is giving her fans a distraction from what is going on in the Ukraine. The Love Island star is vacationing in Tulum, Mexico, sharing photos of herself in swimsuits via Instagram. "Fallin into your ocean eyes," she captioned one of them. In an Instagram Story, she also explained that she has chosen to share her lifestyle photos with fans in addition to doing her part to raise awareness about the war, due to her followers' requests. "I've been reading everyone's dm's and it's really helped me understand how everyone is feeling right now," she wrote. "I'm going to continue posting for the majority that want me to…my dm's are always open, I really want to find other ways I can continue using my platform to raise awareness." Molly-Mae is all about exercise. "I'm a massive gym freak, I gym pretty much every day," she said, according to The Sun. Her trainer, Connor O'Brien, gave Liverpool Echo a rundown of their average workout session prepping her for Love Island. In it, she does 4 x 10 reps of leg presses, leg curls and shoulder presses, before finishing off with 3 x 12 reps of sissy squats, lat raises and cable pull-aparts. "We only had a very short time to get Molly-Mae the results she wanted. She found out quite late on that she was going into the villa. We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame and devised a diet plan after body fat testing so that it suited what it was she needed. It was only about two weeks we had, but we worked on getting her the body that she wanted," he said. 

The star also rides horses, a hobby she took up in adulthood. Molly-Mae has a series of YouTube vlogs she dubs "A Day In The Life Of…" where she revealed she had started horse riding lessons. She encouraged anyone who may be "apprehensive about starting a hobby at a slightly older age" to try it out. 

In a YouTube vlog, Molly-Mae revealed she set a goal for herself to drink three liters of water a day, revealing that she "really struggles to drink enough water."  The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men and about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

Molly-Mae is always going on walks, sharing videos of them on her YouTube channel. Molly-Mae also shared a YouTube vlog "What I Eat In A Day," revealing everything she eats to stay in shape. For breakfast, she drinks a chocolate protein meal replacement shake made with water and ice, which fill her up and keep her energized. For lunch she will eat sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, falafel, and broccoli, followed by a dinner salad consisting of half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice, lettuce, sweetcorn, two bacon rashers, Quorn chicken slices, hummus, and coleslaw. She also eats five chicken sausages a day, admitting she's "actually addicted to them."

When she wants to lose weight, Molly-Mae focuses on achieving a "slight calorie deficit," consuming less calories than she burns. "I wanted to get my body back to a point where I can go on shoots… and still feel confident," she said. It can be hard to resist foods with empty calories. In fact, you're more likely to overeat when you start to lose weight because your brain has become less sensitive to the signals from the gut saying that you've eaten enough.
