The late Marshall B. Grossman died on September 30, 2013, at the age of 84 and he was an attorney for 55 years highly successful practice in his career. He was a legendary and pugnacious litigator who tried some of the biggest civil cases in Los Angeles, including several cutting-edge class actions, and was a founder of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
