Krysten Ritter is celebrating fellow actress Angelique Cabral's birthday in her bathing suit! In 2014 she told Bon Appetit that she had majorly changed her diet. "Last year I gave up wine and stuck with it. I also cut out gluten, dairy, and fish," she said. "I was getting sick a lot and couldn't figure out why. I act and run a production company—two very full-time jobs. Everyone's response to that is always, 'Do less.' Well, I need to feel amazing all the time so I can do more. So I cut all those things out and I haven't been sick since."

Krysten also loves to juice. "Somebody was making fun of the juice culture being out of control in Los Angeles, and I was like, 'What does that even mean? So we're healthy!' I've been into it for a long time," she told Bon Apppeit. Her favorite combination? "All greens," she said. "I don't have a sweet tooth, so I stay away from anything with too much apple or agave. Krysten just says no to fad diets. "I'm not good at deprivation," she confessed to Bon Appetit. Instead, she tries to eat healthy, balanced meals. 

For her role in Jessica Jones, Krysten strengthened up with the help of boxing. "I love it!" she told Women's Health. "It's so dope." Fitness boxing has many health benefits, "because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Krysten also does "a lot of running, hiking, yoga, boxing, weight circuits and bodyweight exercises," she told Train for Her about how she got into Jessica Jones shap. "My push-up game has improved dramatically. Working out and getting into the condition I was in was really empowering for me." She also spent a lot of time at the gym. "With the physicality, I'd go hard at the gym for 90 minutes a day, so I could endure the stunts and schedule, and to make myself strong. The shooting schedule was intense and the stunts weren't like anything I've ever done before, so I worked my butt off," she added.
