Bron to Iranian parents, Hossein Nayeri is still behind bars after he was sentenced to life for various crimes including kidnapping.

Hossein Nayeri is a former Newport Beach man who was convicted and sentenced for kidnapping.

This was not any normal kind of kidnapping though. The victim, a medical marijuana dealer, suffered several physical injuries and mutilation.

Los Angeles Times reports that the victim suffered several chemical and taser burns, genital mutilation as well as other injuries from Nayeri.

When all of the incidents folded, it came out that Nayeri had a mistaken belief that the victim had hidden $1 million in the Mojave Desert.

Following the kidnapping and the injuries that he put on the victim, Hossein was sentenced to life by the court. Where Is He Now?

Kidnapper: Who Are Hossein Nayeri Parents? Meet His Father And Mother

While the actual names of his parents are not disclosed, it is known that Hossein Nayeri’s father is a doctor and his mother, a lawyer.

Both of Nayeri’s parents are based in Iran as per reports and are well-reputed personnel in the place.

In 2010, Nayer’s father disappeared and was believed to have been kidnapped but was never seen again.

However, the officials were sure not to reveal their identities in order to protect their privacy.

The kidnapper Hossein Nayeri’s age is thought to be 42 years old.

In fact, he was born on December 6, 1978, in Iran and had later moved to the United States.

Unfortunately, the details of his move to the United States is not known but he is an American citizen.

Hossein Nayeri was married to his wife Cortney Shegerian after the couple met around 19 years ago.

Nayeri and his ex-wife Shegerian met when they were 23 and 16 years old respectively. After a couple of years of their first meeting, the couple got married despite Shegerian’s parents’ refusal.

In 2005, Hossein after hitting his friend with a car and killing him and fled to Iran.

Furthermore, he is reported to have married another woman during his couple of months stay in the country, as per The OC Register.

When he came back, he was taken straight to the court but faced a suspended sentence rather than a prison which received much backlash at that time.

A couple of years later, he was once again taken to the court for domestic violence against his wife Shegeraina and the couple is reported to have got separated since then.

Hossein Nayeri Escape Video: Where Is He Now?

Surprisingly, Hossein Nayeri made an escape video back in 2016 when he fled from the Orange County Jail.

Nayeri along with two other inmates escaped from the prison where they were held in 2016. During the incident, Hossein made a video of him escaping from the prison with his cell phone.

The cell phone video shows the first-person view of the escape route and the process which was later submitted to CBS Los Angeles.

However, they were soon recaptured shortly after a few weeks.

In the present day, Nayeri is in jail counting his whole life after getting sentenced for his life following the kidnapping incident.

Who Was Victim Michael?

Michael is the victim of Hossein Nayeri who was kidnapped.

ABC News reports that Michael, a dispensary owner along with another woman named Mary Barnes was kidnapped by Nayeri and two other men.

They were taken from their home at Newport Beach, California and Michael was severely injured and his penis was mutilated by the men.

Nayeri and his two other helpers believed that Michael had buried $1 million in cash which led to all the kidnapping incidents.
