Juliette “Juju” Castaneda, an American television personality, novelist, actor, and businesswoman, was born on March 21, 1981. She first gained notoriety as a member of the main cast of the VH1 reality series Love & Hip Hop: New York, and she later made an appearance in the supporting cast of the spin-off, Love & Hip Hop: Miami. Secrets of a Jewel, Castaneda’s first book, was published in January 2017.

Castaneda was reportedly asked by Mona Scott-Young in 2012 to appear as a cast member on the third season of VH1’s reality television series Love & Hip Hop: New York, but she declined. Castaneda was featured on rapper Cam’ron’s tune “Devil” in April 2014, and the song was eventually included in the extended play, 1st of the Month Vol. 3. She made her New York Fashion Week debut in the autumn of 2014, walking for Mark McNairy.
