Jennifer Flavin was born on August 14, 1968 in Los Angeles, California. She started her modeling career when she was signed with Elite Modeling Agency at the age of 19.

As a television personality, she has appeared in several documentary-style programs such as Good Day Live, American Gladiator and The Contender. She also made a minor appearance in the 1990 box-office film Rocky V.

She is also an entrepreneur who co-founded a company called Serious Skin Care. She became widely known as the wife of Sylvester Stallone, whom she married on May 17, 1997.
