He was taken to the hospital and later declared dead thereMustafa Kadhem, a 17-year-old Toronto resident, was named as a suspect in the incident by investigators on Wednesday.He should be regarded as armed and dangerous because he is wanted for second-degree murder.TPS had to ask a judge for permission to identify the youngster because of Kadhem’s age and the Youth Criminal Justice Act’s protection of him.
