I’d be shocked if these remakes don’t include the new areas Platinum introduced, such as the Distortion World.

I still have Pokemon Platinum for my DSi. My opinion, Pokey Platinum is the Ultimate edition version of Diamond and Pearl. Ill pass on the Diamond/Pearl remake. Plus I still havent bought and played Sword/Shield anyway
