Jimmy Sturr, Jr. is a polka musician from the United States who also plays trumpet, clarinet, and saxophone. He is the leader of the Jimmy Sturr & His Orchestra. In all, he has received 18 of the 24 Grammy Awards awarded for Best Polka Album for his work on various albums. As a result of his Grammy nominations, Sturr’s orchestra is among the top ten most-nominated orchestras in the history of the Grammy Awards. He also has more Grammy nominations than anybody else in the history of the musical polka awards. Aside from being the most well-known polka band in the United States, he and his band also have their own television programme on the RFD-TV network, which is a network dedicated only to rural America.
