Actress Elizabeth Hurley went from being a model to an actress to, now, beauty icon. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in a swimsuit. Hurley loves to garden. She tells The Sunday Times that this is one of the things she does for self-care. "I don't really like bars and I don't meditate and I don't really like massages and I don't really like manicures. But what I do like is I like to go outside and I like to do really violent gardening to relax. I go out with the chainsaw, I go out with my hedge trimmers and that's what I like to do. And then I find relaxes more than anything in the world. And I love it. 

A cause that Hurley is passionate about is breast cancer. She tells Extra that she wants to let people know about treatments and give them support. "I point out to them that in the years since we've been going, since the nineties, everything has improved. Diagnosis, preventative treatments, it's all improved. So I would just say to people, you have to have hope. You really, really have to have hope. You have to do what your doctor tells you. You have to lead a healthy lifestyle."

Hurley opened up about how she feels about negative criticism to Extra. Hurley says that she has no time for this.  "People are mean to women," she says. "I don't think, I don't think it's how people should be. So I can't say I'm a fan of those sorts of comments really."

Hurley tells Access Hollywood about how she approaches exercise. "If you like food, like I like food, you just have to be super active. When I had nine people locked down in my house with me, we were super active and we found we could eat an awful lot and we all really firmed up just through activity. No exercise, just doing stuff."

Hurley has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to Today.com. "I have one serum I use all the time. You need to look after your skin. You need to look after your health. If you want to glow from the inside, you have to be healthy. You have to watch your diet. You have to watch your lifestyle. You have to get enough sleep."
