Biography:

Dove Cameron was born on January 14, 1996 in Seattle, Washington, USA. She began acting at the age of eight when she performed in a community theatre. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting at the age of 14.

Her acting debut was a recurring role in the television series Shameless in 2012, playing the role of Holly Herkimer. She followed this with more guest appearances in such TV shows as The Mentalist and Malibu Country.

In 2013, she starred in the made-for-television film Bits and Pieces, followed by her role as Kayla Morgan in the Disney Channel Original Movie television film Cloud 9.
