Dania Ramirez is currently starring in the new FOX drama series, Alert. She's previously appeared in shows like Devious Maids and Heroes. Ramirez just shared a stunning new photo on Instagram to shout out her new show. In it, she posed on a chair by the pool in her yard. While starring in the film Premium Rush, Ramirez had to do a lot of biking. She tells Muscle and Fitness that this positively impacted her body. "I was in the best shape I've ever been in my life. [Biking] works you out everywhere. It's a whole-body workout. My abs were, like, out of control and my arms were super-diesel."

Rameriz spends a lot of time by the water. She tells Muscle and Fitness that her favorite way to relax is, "Being by a beach somewhere. With a swimsuit—or not! [Laughs.] Relaxing with a glass of wine. It's the Dominican in me."

Ramirez makes sure to workout her entire body. She tells Self Magazine that she likes to do exercises that work different muscle groups at the same time. "I do full body workouts that push me to be the inner athlete that I am," she says. Ramirez says that one of her favorite workouts is the single leg bridge.

Ramirez spends a lot of time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going for walks and hikes. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in nature.
