According to Brown, Williams should not comment on his situation because she lives “in da shade.”

It is not clear precisely what Brown was referring to, and some have pointed out that the R&B singer might have just been trying to save face after being embarrassed by the comments made by Williams.

Many people expected Brown to say something, given the history the two have shared in public.

An insider told Hollywood Life how Brown feels about her issues and revealed: “Chris can’t help feeling that Wendy has brought this on herself. She set herself up to be humiliated by sitting in judgment of others for all these years—and he doesn’t have an ounce of sympathy for her.”

Moreover, some celebrities have his back; actor Jamie Foxx stated: “Just bless em with your gift… they can’t be you so they hate… your shine blinds them with envy… your voice shatters their very existence… dat young boi from Tappahannock Virginia got em shook.”
