It turns out that Celine Dion is still very loyal to her late husband René Angélil, which means that she is not in a relationship with Pepe Muñoz as the rumors have been saying. Pepe is one of her young dancers, and many reports have been saying that there might be something going on between the superstar and the man.

However, during a brand new interview for U.K.’s The Sun, Celine Dion addressed the speculations and made it very clear that she is in no way dating Pepe.

‘The press said, ‘Oh my god, Rene just passed, and now there is another man.’ Yeah, there is another man in my life, but not THE man in my life. We are friends; we are best friends. Of course, we hug and hold hands, and we go out. Let’s not mix everything. I do not mind because he is handsome and he is my best friend,’ the singer told the news outlet.

As you may know, the rumors that Dion and Munoz are dating started earlier this month after they were spotted at the Paris Fashion Week together.

Afterwards, they were seen out and about together a few more times and, as they walked side by side, they looked very cheerful.

When asked if she is single, Dion was quick to say – ‘I am,’ before adding: ‘By the way, when I say ‘I am single,’ please leave me alone. Thanks. I just wanna be alone.’

The songstress’ husband passed away in January of 2016 after battling throat cancer for a long time.

While Dion is still mourning his loss, she mentioned that she has started to get used to living without him.
