The Warren County Sheriff’s Office, EMS, and Fire Department were summoned to 267 Walnut Creek Court on Tuesday, February 21 because there had been a reported overdose.

When they arrived, authorities discovered Lebanon, Tennessee resident Baylee Mcclanahan, 21, deceased.

Hannah Lynn Forkum, 21, of Nashville, Tennessee, was recognized by the Bowling Green/Warren County Drug Task Force Detectives and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office as the alleged drug supplier.

Detectives with the Nashville Neighborhood Safety Unit were able to establish that the suspect was wanted on five warrants.

The suspected drug dealer was set up for a controlled drug buy by officials, and when she arrived, they were able to arrest her.

Detectives discovered 25 grams of fentanyl, 27 grams of meth laced with fentanyl, and 7 grams of black tar heroin on Forkum’s person after her detention.

Her hotel room was the subject of a search order, and more things were taken.

The defendant was detained in Nashville Prison for Fentanyl Distribution.

Additionally, she will be returned to Warren County for a 2nd-degree manslaughter hearing in connection with the overdose murder of Mclanahan.
