She's all that! TikTok star and actress Addison Rae is making the most out of the last few days of summer. Over the weekend the 20-year-old showed off her swerving curves in a purple and pink checkered string bikini, wearing the top upside down in her trademark style. "That's what I want," she captioned the photo of herself, posing in front of a rock. Addison regularly trains at The Dogpound, where she completes strength and weight training workouts. In a recent video posted to the cult gym's Instagram account, she nails a hardcore workout doing including battle rops, cable glute kickbacks, jumping jack slams and ankle weight kickbacks like a pro.

Baby got back, something she attributes to strenuous glute work. In her workout clip with Kourtney, she revealed the six-minute glute workout responsible for her famous backside.  "I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good," she told the Kourtney, perfectly executing donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg for two circuits.

In addition to regular gym workouts, Addison stays active with outdoor activities, including skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, and hiking. "Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life," says the Mayo Clinic. "For example, regular brisk walking can help you:

• Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat
• Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes
• Improve cardiovascular fitness."

Want to get into fighting shape like Addison? Try kickboxing. Earlier this year she shared a photo of herself dressed for a workout at a studio showing off UFC moves. "Burn about 350-450 calories an hour as you punch, jab, and kick your way toward better balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. You'll slash stress, too," says WebMD. "You'll typically take a group class, usually an hour long, at a kickboxing studio, gym, or rec center.
