Boomer, Ruby and Judy learn that Lou has been lagging, and Judy makes a plan to assault Linda to let them make a phone call to her dad. Boomer and Ruby go along with it.
Boomer and Ruby make jokes with newbie Narelle Stang and they talk about what happened with Stang’s brother. Later Linda catches up to Boomer and Linda wants $200 for the sign off on Liz’s visit, Boomer agrees but has to fundraise first.
In episode five Boomer helps clean the media auditorium and releases a mouse that she found in the laundry, they struggle to catch it. Boomer later in the showers is almost attacked by Lou who wants answers as everyone has lost their privileges and she reveals it was Judy who sabotaged the presentation.
In episode three it is revealed that Boomer is now peer worker as she tells new inmate Judy. Boomer and several prisoners engage in the hunger strike, but Boomer breaks the strike to eat food in the dining room. Boomer later vomits while in the call centre, and she is taken to hospital with salmonella.
