I’ve noticed with several other users (& myself) that on the Xbox one, the app won’t play videos unless they go through and delete things off of your queue or uninstall the app and reinstall it. whether that works or not isn’t the issue, the issue is Crunchyroll refuses to do their job and fix their app that we all pay for.

I can watch other streams on my Xbox, and Crunchyroll works just fine on my PS4, connected to the same wireless network. I’m lucky enough to be able to switch consoles. I feel bad for people who don’t have that option.

Had the same issue today. Unlink + deactivate everything. Uninstall everything CR-related. Restart the xbone. Logout if you auto-sign-in. Re-download CR. Start CR using a second account. If this step works change the account, log in with your E-Mail + PW and you should be good to go.

My XBOX ONE app won’t let me watch any videos! If your Xbox One is crashing or timing out before you’re able to watch any videos, you should delete the app, delete the related user data, and clear your app cache before reinstalling.
