Roger Henry Brough Whittaker was a British singer-songwriter and musician, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 87. He was a famous musician loved by many following his great personality and talent. His music is an eclectic mix of folk music and popular songs in addition to radio airplay hits.

He was born in Nairobi, Kenya on March 22, 1936, to English parents who moved there after his father needed a warmer climate after he was injured in a motorcycle accident.
