Isaiah Spiller was born on August 9, 2001, in Spring, Texas, the United States of America. He went to Klein Collins High School in Spring, Texas. He played in 2019 Under Armour All-America Game and later committed to Texas A&M University where he played college football.

Isaiah Spiller started nine of the 13 games as a true freshman at Texas A&M in 2019. He was named freshman All-SEC after rushing for 946 yards on 174 carries with 10 touchdowns.

Isaiah Spiller was a starter during his sophomore year in 2020 and had been named to the all-SEC Coaches’ First Team during the 2020 season. He made known his intentions of declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft on December 14, 2021, and also went ahead to skip the 2021 Gator Bowl.
