Emonte Morgan’s mother’s name is Evalene Flores. She is arrested after kicking a guard officer to see her son Emonte Morgan at the hospital.

At Christ Medical Center, Evalena Flores, the mother of two brothers arrested for the death of a cop, Ella French, was arrested.

Emonte and Eric Morgan, her sons, are being held without bail in connection with French’s murder in a fatal shooting in West Englewood.

While French was killed in the incident, another officer is in serious condition at the University of Chicago Medical Center and is fighting for his life.

Evalena Flores, 41, is the mother of Emonte and Eric Morgan, who are being detained in jail in connection with the murder of Ella French, a Chicago police officer.

On Saturday, the terrible tragedy occurred in the 2200 block of West 63rd Street.

Two cops pulled over Eric and Emonte Morgan in an SUV because their license plates were expired.

Eric, 22, was driving the SUV while Emonte sat in the rear seat and an unidentified woman sat in the front.

One of the officers, Ella French, urged Eric to hand up the keys and exit the vehicle. The unidentified woman also emerged.

The mother of the two brothers charged in the murder of Chicago police officer Ella French is now also in police custody.

The woman, later identified as Evalena Flores, of Chicago, caused a disturbance at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn.

Emonte, on the other hand, emerged with a drink and a phone in his hands, refusing to put them down despite repeated requests.

Eric then attempted to flee the area on foot but was pursued by the other officer. In the meantime, Emonte and the other police fought.

During the altercation, she had a revolver in his waistband and fired multiple shots at both the police and himself.

The officers were badly hurt and collapsed. Their bodycam, on the other hand, continued to record the scene.

After hearing the gunshots, the cop who had been chasing Eric returned.

Emonte also fired at the third cop, but he was hit.

In addition, Emonte was subsequently shot in the belly and left tricep by the third cop.

He passed the rifle to his brother Eric after being shot.

When Flores arrived at Emonte’s room, three police officers stopped her from entering.

Flores urged the officers to allow her to see Emonte, but they refused and told her she had to go.

On the other hand, Flores attempted to go past the officers in order to see her son and kicked one of them in the crotch during the scuffle.

Flores is arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts such as violence, resisting a peace officer, and criminal trespassing as a result of the incident.

On September 15, Evalena is set to appear in court.
