Max Purcell is an Australian professional tennis player. His career-high singles ranking is world No. 157, achieved on 13 June 2022, and his doubles ranking is world No. 25 achieved on 11 April 2022.

He qualified for and won the Gimcheon Challenger in South Korea in July 2016 against fellow Australian Andrew Whittington. Purcell made his debut for Australia at the 2022 ATP Cup in January 2022, losing to Jannik Sinner in the round-robin stage. Purcell advanced to the second round of men’s singles qualifying at the Australian Open.
