Jim Jordan is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Ohio’s 4th congressional district.

Where did Jim Jordan go to college?

Jordan was born and raised in Champaign County, Ohio, the son of Shirley and John Jordan.

He attended Graham High School, where he wrestled. In his four years of high school, he won state championships and compiled a 156–1 win-loss record.

He graduated in 1982 and enrolled at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. There he became a two-time NCAA Division I wrestling champion.

In addition, Jordan won the 1985 and 1986 NCAA championship matches in the 134-pound (61 kg) weight class. In 1986, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Where did Jim Jordan go to law school?

After his undergraduate education, he attended the Ohio State University. There he graduated master’s degree in education. Later he earned his Juris Doctor from the Capital University Law School.

According to an interview in 2018, Jordan said that he never took the bar examination.
