USA President Nominates Ghanaian American Judge, Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong To Central District Court of California.
Daniel Lopez Ghanaian America, Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong has been dominated for a spot at the Central District Court of California.
The female judge was selected by President of United States of America, Joe Biden for a judicial spot in the United States Central District Court of California.
Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong will become the only black female in any of California’s four federal district courts.
She was born in USA to Ghanaian immigrant parents, Kwaku Ewusi-Mensah and Theodora Ewusi-Mensah.
The 44-year-old legal practitioner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2001.
Frimpong served as a law clerk for Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit She then worked as an associate at Morrison & Foerster from 2002 to 2007.
