Samuel Coleman Kennedy Alexa is heating up Italy in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the girlfriend and baby mama shows off her amazing post-baby body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Europe. She captioned the series of Instagram snaps, "happy girl," and her followers agreed. "There she is !!!!!" commented one. "Beautiful mama," added another. How does the model maintain her fit physique? Kennedy incorporates her baby into her workout routine by going for strolls with her baby in tow. "cruising the town with Leo Cruz," she captioned a recent post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Kennedy starts the day with a cup of tea. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.
Alexa loves hiking. She shared a photo of herself hiking Runyon Canyon, a popular hiking spot in Los Angeles. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Kennedy jet skis while on vacation. "Mamis in Miami," she captioned a post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Kennedy also swims, a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, says the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
