Mishel Prada is keeping things hot on social media in her swimsuit. In a social media post one of the stars of The Continental shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "It's 107 degrees in LA," she captioned the mirror selfie on Instagram, driving her followers wild. "Hot hot hot! Beautiful shot," commented Freya Blom. Mishel loves curling up in her bed with a good book. "I love to be snuggled under covers. If I can do it from my bed, I will. Work, read, write, watch TV, eat. I haven't figured out how to work out from bed, but I'm positive I'll figure it out," she told Hola!df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec

You won't find Mishel on a low carb diet. Her favorite home-cooked meal is pasta. "I really thought that I would eventually get tired of eating pasta, well… it turns out I haven't. All shapes, all sauces, at all times of the day… pasta. I just keep pretending I'm 'vacationing' in the Italian countryside…..one that I can't leave from," she told the publication.

Mishel has a favorite at-home beauty treatment. "I have this beautiful jet-black Japanese scrub brush that I use to scrub my body before I shower; it leaves my skin so velvety and soft," she revealed to Hola. 

Mishel, who recently lost her mother, believes that her mental health was partly to blame. "She was always on the go, and that started to take a toll on her body. It made me realize that if your mental health is not in a good place, it will manifest physically in your body," she told Popsugar. "Mental health is just as important as anything else. Our nervous systems affect our physical bodies, and yet we still treat mental health like it's just our imagination, especially if you come from a family or a culture filled with trauma. Our nervous system needs special care the same way our physical bodies do. If you'd go to a doctor for cancer, why wouldn't you go see a doctor if your mental health is dysregulated?"

"You have to have compassion and love for yourself, and realizing that has allowed me to look at rest and not feel guilty about it. Rest is part of the journey. It's part of the work," Misel told Popsugar. 

What keeps Mishel up at night? "Nothing, I could sleep on a sidewalk. I've slept through fire alarms and trumpets playing," she told Lily Ashwell. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
