Terri Shannon passed away on August 29, 2021 in the city of Council Bluffs.

At the time of her passing, she had reached the age of 69 and had been born in the town of Glenwood. When she was just a young child, the family had relocated there from Glenwood.

A memorial service was held at the church of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in the community of Glenwood on September 4th, the day after the passing of a loved one who had passed away the previous day.

The Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood was in charge of making all of the necessary preparations and arrangements, and they were the ones who were responsible for coordinating the funeral services. Tina Shannon, Travis Shannon (Shi-Ann Pritchett), and Matthew Shannon (Amy) are Shannon’s children, and when she leaves, they will be the only ones she leaves behind.

Tina, Travis, and Matthew will all be cared for by Amy. Every single one of Shannon’s children calls Council Bluffs their permanent residence. Her father, Leland Mingo, who lives in Glenwood at the moment, is one of the people who will be able to carry on the legacy that Shannon has left behind after she has passed away. Today marks the passing of a kind and mild-mannered spirit who was a part of this world.
