After spending months in the custody of ICE, awaiting a decision in his deportation case appeal, Joe Giudice was finally allowed to be a free man, in Italy! While he is still not able to be at home with his family, for now, reports say his wife, Teresa is really happy he was released and the same goes for his four daughters.

Everyone is absolutely thrilled for him and they’re celebrating his release from ICE custody.

But while he is away from them, in Italy, instead of the U.S., it’s still much better than before and they are actually getting ready to visit him there!

The insider explained to HollywoodLife that ‘Teresa is relieved Joe is finally free and they know what’s happening. She and the family know the chances of him returning to the states is very slim, but Teresa knows the girls can now go visit him anywhere in the world except here. The girls were all together celebrating with their mom when Joe was officially freed and really can’t wait to see their dad. The biggest relief for Teresa is the girls are feeling the relief.’

‘It’s a huge stress and weight off of the entire family’s shoulders to have him out of there. The family is feeling definitely lighter. Teresa just wants to keep the girls happy. She just wanted Joe to get out before making any plans, but she’s strict when it comes to school and regardless of everything, she doesn’t want them missing too much of their everyday lives and routine,’ they went on to dish to the same news outlet.

Of course, the situation is different in Gia’s case since she is of age and in college.

At this point in time, their plans to meet, and whether they’ll travel to Italy or meet in another country are unknown but they are surely looking forward to it!
