Giudice is a certified yogi, and is open about her love of yoga and meditation. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself practicing yoga and meditation. 

Giudice doesn't always like to break a sweat alone. She loves to hit the gym and work out with her friends, and has posted photos on Instagram of herself doing that. She even worked out with her fellow Real Housewives, during the filming of the Peacock series, Real Housewives Girls' Trip. 

While filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Giudice decided to hit the tennis court with some of her co-stars. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself and fellow Housewife, Jackie Goldschneider, on the court. She captioned the post, "Baby got back hand."

In February, Giudice and her fiance, Louie Ruelas, decided to hit the slopes for some skiing. She posted this photo of the two of them on the mountain on Instagram. 

A big part of Giudice's fitness routine is strength training. She has even participated in a bodybuilding competition in 2018. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing strength exercises at the gym with her trainer.
