Stella loves being active outdoors. You can find her hiking, biking, going for walks, and playing with her dog. In one Instagram post she calls her beloved pooch the "best workout partner." "Those of us with dogs running around our lives and homes know the benefits of pet ownership. The unconditional love, trust and loyalty shown to us by our canine companions, coupled with their displays of unbridled enthusiasm on our return home each day (and sometimes just from another room), are hard to put into words. Even if we have to suffer some chewed up furniture, shoes, pillows and remote controls (don't ask) to get there," says the Mayo Clinic.

Stella is really into cycling. She regularly takes SoulCycle classes with her sisters. She even has a bike at home. "My favorite gifts are the gifts that make me feel good and thanks to my new SoulCycle at-home bike, powered by @variis I feel BRAND NEW. this isn't the Christmas season any of us expected but thanks to my newest obsession, I can get back to a normal workout routine!" she captioned a post. 

Stella also loves to kick it…a soccer ball that is. In this Instagram post she experienced "post work out bliss." She added: "We got to test out our soccer skills."

Stella makes sure to stretch after her workouts. "By the rate of this weather in LA summer is never coming 🙄 BUT it always helps to be feeling good and healthy in your body 💗 do you want to see more work out posts?" she captioned this post. 

Stell maintains a meat-free diet. "Happy eating kale cause i'm vegetarian, duh… talking bout what I eat in a day!" she captioned a photo of a nutritious looking salad.
