Melanie Rauscher, who appeared in the reality series Naked and Afraid on the Discovery Channel, has passed away. She was 35.

A representative for the Prescott Police Department informed TMZ on July 23 that the former competitor had been dog-sitting at a residence in Prescott, Arizona, while the owners were away on vacation.

When they returned on July 17, they discovered her body on a bed in a guest room.

The source claimed that the dog was unharmed and that many cans of compressed air, which are frequently used to clean computers, were discovered close to Rauscher’s body.

According to the police, there were no overt indications of wrongdoing, and no suicide note or drug paraphernalia were discovered, according to TMZ.

Rauscher “died unexpectedly suddenly on Sunday, July 17,” according to an obituary.

According to the obituary, the former Naked and Afraid star was born and reared in Philadelphia, went to Old Dominion University in Virginia, and died while working at the Prescott VA Medical Center.
