Sessilee, who started modeling at 17, maintains that her mom helped her keep a good head on her shoulders. "It's so important to have a good support system," she told Essence. "My mom has always been one hundred percent behind me, and I don't think I'd be where I am today with her advice and encouragement." 

Sessilee exercises a lot. "I run like crazy on the treadmill. I go literally until I can't run anymore, and then I work on my stomach," she told WWD.
