Emma Hernan is loving summertime in her swimsuit! The Selling Sunset star shows off her famous figure in a swimsuit top and cutoff Daisy Dukes via her latest social media post, joined by her pooch. Emma's life is incredibly busy between her thriving personal life and career. However she manages to take time out of her chaotic schedule to relax, unwind, and engage in some much-needed self-care. "I love filling my tub, putting a face mask on and listening to podcasts about other female entrepreneurs," she told E!. 

Emma is all about plant-based eating. She even has her own vegan food company. "I am a huge food lover and I grew up in the food industry, so in 2018 I started my own food company, Emma Leigh & Co. I produce vegan and vegetarian frozen healthy food, including my famous empanadas that I absolutely cannot live without! My food products can be purchased on QVC, in different grocery stores and are coming to Costco soon!" she told E!.

Emma understands the importance of hydration. "I have a busy life and I drink a lot of water throughout the day," she told E! Instead of drinking plain water, she adds some fulvic acid drops to it. "My fave water is Blk. Water. I also carry Blk. Drops in my purse so I can add it to my to coffee and smoothies to make sure I get all the minerals I need," she said. 

Emma hikes a whopping five miles a day."Getting outside is so good for the body and the mind," she told Women's Health. "And you're getting that nice little glute workout." "Anything that gets you moving instead of just sitting or lying down is going to be beneficial for you in the long run," says Boreman. "By walking in place, you're raising your heart rate, which is going to signal to your body to start pumping more oxygen and blood to your muscles to help them move more efficiently, thus burning more calories," says the Mayo Clinic.

Emma is also a fan of yoga and pilates. Both workouts are great for building muscle, maintaining flexibility, and burning calories. "Pilates is a mindful practice, helping individuals to appreciate the here and now. By encouraging you to focus on the current moment, the practice gives the world sharper clarity and helps you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your surroundings. Pilates can improve your focus both on and off the mat, strengthening your mind and your memory," says Mental Health Connecticut.

Emma spends a lot of time in the kitchen, claiming it is a mental health booster for her. "Cooking for me is therapeutic," Emma told Women's Health. "I love being creative, and I never go by a recipe. It focuses my mind." "In some cases, takeout food can be part of healthy home meals, too. When you're in a time crunch, try pairing ready-to-eat broiled or baked chicken from a deli with a vegetable or fruit and a healthy starch at home. A meal like that takes under 30 minutes to prepare and provides a better balance of nutrients than most restaurant meals — less salt and fat, and more vitamins, minerals and fiber," says the Mayo Clinic.
