Sarah, Duchess of York is the ex-wife of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, Queen Elizabeth II’s second son, and third child with Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

She grew up in Dummer, Hampshire, and went to Queen’s Secretarial College.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson (better known by most as Fergie) wed on July 23, 1986, at Westminster Abbey too much fanfare, but the relationship was not meant to last.

They had two children together, Princess Beatrice (born in August of 1988) and Princess Eugenie (born in March 1990), but eventually separated in 1992.

Andrew and Fergie divorced in 1996, but remain very close.

Prince Andrew and billionaire Jeffrey Epstein apparently met in 1999, and Andrew has admitted to staying at numerous of Epstein’s houses over the years, including his New York City home in 2010, when Epstein was already a convicted sex offender.

Later, in 2019, Epstein was caught on several sex trafficking charges and committed suicide in jail.
