American amateur golfer Rose Zhang currently holds the top spot in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. She competes on the Stanford University golf team.

On May 23, 2022, she triumphed by three strokes in the individual NCAA Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club. She eventually won the Annika Award for the year’s top female collegiate golfer.

Zhang also helped Stanford win its second NCAA team championship by taking the decisive match, 3–1. She was awarded various accolades, including WGCA Freshman of the Year, Honda Sport Award for Golf, and Player of the Year.

She participated in the 2019 U.S. Women’s Open at the age of just sixteen. She also participated in the 2019 Pan American Games gold medal team.
