Patricia Arquette was born on April 8, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. Her first film appearance was as Kristen Parker in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors in 1987.
That same year, she made her first starring role as Stacy in the made-for-television film Daddy. In 1993, she gained notice for her performance in the film True Romance.
She has since starred in other movies including Lost Highway, Flirting with Disaster, Human Nature, Fast Food Nation and A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, among others. She also became known as Allison Dubois on the TV series Medium.
