Matthew Beniers is also known as Matty Beniers, is an American ice hockey center. He plays for the University of Michigan of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Matty Beniers plays as a prospect of the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Beniers was the first player ever drafted in the Kraken franchise history; later, the forward was also drafted second overall in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
