On E. Virginia Beach Boulevard, a single-vehicle collision claimed the life of a 24-year-old Zach Soussa.

Police were called to the collision in the 1500 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard on December 10 at around 2:15 a.m. When the police arrived, they discovered two males with severe wounds.

Pennsylvanian Zachary M. Soussa, 24, was declared dead on the spot.

Police said a 22-year-old guy who was transported to the hospital with critical wounds is likely to recover.

The Traffic Unit of the Norfolk Police Department is presently looking into this collision.
