Fighting is her job, so Nikkita spends plenty of time training. She shared this video of herself sparring on the beach. She captioned it, "Born to be authentic. Nikkita makes sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. "Before I eat 😡 …. After I eat 😇 lol," she captioned this photo. During an interview with Out of Character With Ryan Satin, Nikkita explains that she shuts out the haters. "I might get hate comments, and I might get people that are saying, 'She's only popping because of this and that.' Nikkita also dances. She likes to share videos of herself busting a move. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. Nikkita also spends a lot of time weight training to keep her body in fighting form.
