As a result of the fame she had subsequently gained, she was even granted a spin-off that had not lasted very long. Then again, such is the fate of most spin-offs.

However, as of lately, she seems to have been more popular in terms of plastic surgery rumors claiming that she may have undergone lip augmentation surgery of some sort. It was her overly puffed-up, almost fish-like lips that led to these rumors. At the same time, her cheeks have also recently appeared to be puffy and swollen, leading to further rumors that she may have had Juvederm or Restylane pumped into her face.

There was a time when Nikki Cox was quite a stunning woman. However, her face does not seem to be as pretty as it once was, apparently ever since she had supposedly started undergoing lip augmentation plastic surgeries.

It would not be wrong to assume that 36-year old Nikki Cox may have been spending a considerable amount of time at some plastic surgeon’s office. Back in 2013, when Nikki was out shopping for groceries with her husband, she was spotted sporting an unusually large pair of lips.

Her lips were very large, which naturally lead to rumors and speculations that she may have actually had implants. At the same time, there have also been rumors regarding Nikki’s use of fillers like Juvederm or Restylane for her cheeks.

Dr. Michael Fiorillo, a celebrity plastic surgeon, expressed his opinion about Nikki Cox’s lips in a recent interview. He agreed that both her cheeks and lips showed signs of the fact that she mostly had some type of fillers.

According to him, it may have been “Perlane or Restylane.” According to Dr. Michael, injectable fillers only look best when they are not noticeable, and that is obviously not the case with Nikki Cox.
