Now that season 11 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta is over, fans of the show are looking forward to watching season 12 and, as it turns out, they are not the only ones excited! NeNe Leakes chatted with HollywoodLife in a brand new interview and teased what’s in store for the Bravo show’s audience.

The reality TV star insisted that, without a doubt, season 12 of RHOA is going to be ‘great’ even though drama and confrontations are still part of it.

‘I can look in their face and I tell you, I am still NeNe now. I have still got to say a whole lot. I am sure I’m going to have some take and I am still going to face the confrontation head-on, whatever it is. I can tell you that we are going to have a great season 12 of RHOA…that I can tell you,’ NeNe shared with the news site.

So will viewers be able to see a more relaxed version on her?

‘I think it is going to be a lot chiller, but I want to see what these other girls are going to do because they all talk about they are such exciting people, so, I am excited to see what it is going to be like,’ NeNe stated.

Despite being at the center of her fair share of drama last season, NeNe claimed in this upcoming one she is usually the first one to step up and try to be a peacemaker.

‘If I can help these girls work out an issue, I will. I’ve tried to figure out a way to deal with all these different personalities which is not easy. I try to hold my tongue a little bit less, which is a learning process for myself.’

In other words, NeNe went on to make it very clear that while she doesn’t want any more drama, if conflict comes her way, she will definitely ‘face it straight on!’
