Molly-Mae's top tip for staying in shape is to hit the gym. "I'm a massive gym freak, I gym pretty much every day," she said, per The Sun. Her trainer, Connor O'Brien, offered Liverpool Echo a rundown of their average workout session prepping her for Love Island. In the clip, she does 4 x 10 reps of leg presses, leg curls and shoulder presses, before finishing off with 3 x 12 reps of sissy squats, lat raises and cable pull-aparts. "We only had a very short time to get Molly-Mae the results she wanted. She found out quite late on that she was going into the villa. We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame and devised a diet plan after body fat testing so that it suited what it was she needed. It was only about two weeks we had, but we worked on getting her the body that she wanted," he said. 

Molly-Mae is also an experienced equestrian. In her YouTube vlog dubbed "A Day In The Life Of…" she revealed she had started horse riding lessons in adulthood. She encouraged anyone who may be "apprehensive about starting a hobby at a slightly older age" to try it out. 

In a YouTube vlog, Molly-Mae emphasized the importance of hydration. She also revealed she set a goal for herself to drink three liters of water a day, admitting she "really struggles to drink enough water."  The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men and about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

Walking is an easy way to stay in shape, per Molly-Mae. She is always going on walks, sharing videos of them on her YouTube channel. Molly-Mae encourages a protein-packed diet. She  shared a YouTube vlog "What I Eat In A Day," revealing the food she eats. Her breakfast consists of a chocolate protein meal replacement shake made with water and ice, which fills her up and keep her energized. For lunch she will eat sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, falafel, and broccoli, and dinner, a salad consisting of half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice, lettuce, sweetcorn, two bacon rashers, Quorn chicken slices, hummus, and coleslaw. She is also "actually addicted" to chicken sausages, eating five in a day. 

Losing weight is an easy equation, reminds Molly-Mae. When she needs to slim down she focuses on achieving a "slight calorie deficit," consuming less calories than she burns. "I wanted to get my body back to a point where I can go on shoots… and still feel confident," she said.
