The Polk County Sheriff’s Office verified receiving a missing person report for Sierra Hernandez on Sunday morning.

PCSO Public Information Officer Brian Bruchey reports that an active Missing Person investigation is ongoing to locate her. Anyone with information is requested to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-298-6200.
